Fine Dining Bartender - Jazzboline Restaurant and Bar
Jazzboline Restaurant & Bar is seeking a creative and dedicated Fine Dining Bartender committed to delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, mix, and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards and maximizing profits.
- Process payments including cash, credit, and room charges accurately.
- Manage liquor requisitions and supply inventories.
- Perform bar cleanup and complete side work according to schedules.
- Comply with state liquor laws and maintain established inventory pars.
- Provide courteous and professional guest interactions at all times.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles, restaurant and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with standard cash-handling procedures.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to assist other employees and departments as needed.
Abilities:
- Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a busy, noisy environment.
- Tact and professionalism in handling customer service challenges.
- Physical capability to lift cases of liquor, soda, ice, and glassware.
- Ability to stand continuously and perform duties such as bending, reaching, and pouring.
- Excellent hearing, vision, and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for processing transactions.
