Overview As a Bartender, you will apply your passion for mixology and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences. Your role involves ensuring guests enjoy quality food and beverages in a fast-paced environment while engaging in meaningful conversations that build guest loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests attentively and efficiently in the bar, restaurant, and via room service.
- Mix and prepare cocktails, serve wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
- Complete guest orders and accurately process payments.
- Clean and maintain barware, utensils, and bar areas; restock and prep as required.
- Assist with quality control, cleanliness, and organization of the bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
- Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage or serving experience required; some locations may require bartending experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
- Physically able to stand and move throughout an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
