  • Analytics Data: Pages viewed, job listings viewed, session duration, click patterns

  • Payment Information: Processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers

  • Mobile Phone Number: The phone number you provide during account registration or in your account settings
  • SMS Consent Status: Whether you have opted in or opted out of receiving SMS notifications
  • Consent Timestamp & IP Address: The date, time, and IP address recorded when you provide or withdraw SMS consent

How We Use Mobile Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are used to send you SMS notifications related to your BarJobs account, including job application updates, account verification codes, and job alert notifications. We do not use your mobile phone number for any other purpose.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except as strictly required to provide our SMS services. Specifically, we may share your mobile phone number and consent data only with:

  • Twilio and Bird — our telecommunications platform providers, solely for the purpose of delivering text messages
  • Network Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) — as required for message transmission
