- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain the bar area clean, stocked, and organized; replenish supplies and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
