At Tailwind, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to travelers from around the world. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role includes creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave satisfied and with a smile. You will also maintain a clean and organized bar area, monitor inventory levels, and restock when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health, and safety regulations.
Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns professionally.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven bartending experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations and hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge.
Reliable transportation.
Proof of completion of a state-mandated or accredited alcohol service training program.

Schedule: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm or last flight. Wednesday to Tuesday, 7 days on and 7 days off.
