Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $2.13/hour + tips

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in bartenders.
Job Summary: Our bartenders are core members of the scratch kitchen restaurant team. All team members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery processes.
- Partner with the hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s standards.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
