Title: Full-Time Banquet Bartender
Location: 3325 Country Club Rd 500, Birmingham, AL 35213 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $16.00 per hour Shift: Evening (Schedule to be discussed during interview based on banquet schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies
- Request additional supplies as needed
- Follow setup procedures
- Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
- Greet members and guests professionally
- Mix and serve drinks according to approved recipes
- Set up and break down bars for events
- Report complaints to management promptly
- Maintain and clean the bar area and equipment
- Clean and lock up according to prescribed procedures
- Attend staff meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1-2 years of service experience preferred
- Customer-service oriented with a positive, outgoing personality
- Organized and capable of multitasking
- Able to work a variable schedule
