Title: Bartender
Join the Beef 'O' Brady's team at 3799 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405! We are looking for a bartender passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. Positions available for both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to Beef's steps of service
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails following company recipes
- Handle guest payments and present checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete duties independently
Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 or older (per state and local regulations)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
- Competent in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds continuously
