Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver memorable dining experiences by crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service.
Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills to maximize revenue.
Set up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when to cease alcohol service.
Verify liquor inventory, complete requisition requirements, and maintain stock.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
