Job Title: Bartender Location: Gilbert, AZ 85296

Our Bartenders are key to delivering the Spinato’s Experience by creating a welcoming, guest-focused environment while serving high-quality beverages and supporting the team during every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service
- Accurately and efficiently ring in guest orders
- Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato’s recipes and specifications
- Stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Monitor and control bar inventory
- Slice and juice fruit as needed for service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
- Communicate effectively with team members across all departments
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Comply with all local and state alcohol laws
- Adhere to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Food Handler Certification (required)
- Arizona Alcohol Certification (required)
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and water exposure
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
- Willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties
