Title: Bartender - Part Time
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 Position Type: Part Time Salary: $16.00 per hour Shift: Saturdays and Sundays, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Position Summary: The Views at Lake Havasu is seeking a fun, outgoing Part Time Bartender to bring great energy and exceptional customer service to our senior living community during weekend Happy Hours. This role involves crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere residents look forward to.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages to residents and guests.
- Maintain bar inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by adhering to age restrictions and monitoring consumption.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and engage with residents.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to coordinate beverage service with meal times and special events.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with special events and other dining activities as needed.
- Utilize POS ordering system.
- Obtain and maintain Title 4 Alcohol Training Certification.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass background check and drug test.
- Title 4 Alcohol Training Certification (must have or obtain).
- Experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
Additional Information:
- This position does not receive tips.
- No late night shifts.
