Our Bartenders assist in the day-to-day operation of the theatre bar area by maintaining cleanliness, organization, safety, and equipment maintenance. They also prepare and serve drinks to guests, delivering the ultimate moviegoing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal liquor laws and regulations, ensuring all bar staff do the same.
- Know all items sold at the bar to answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell.
- Monitor guests for excessive alcohol consumption.
Bartender Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting.
- Completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and passing certification exam.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Working knowledge of state and local liquor laws.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
