Fast paced. Great drinks. Lots of fun! As a Bartender, you are the mixologist responsible for creating and serving alcoholic and soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. Bartenders craft enjoyable drinks for members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients, and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- Demonstrate working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Operate all bar equipment properly
- Maintain beverage quality and service standards to contribute to a positive guest experience
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to persons under 21
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and perform consistently
