Job Title: Bartender
Location: Paradise Casino - Yuma, AZ 85364 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $11.00 Hourly
Join our Food & Beverage team as a professional and energetic Bartender. In this role, you will craft cocktails, serve beverages, and engage guests to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced casino environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all gaming and alcohol regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferably one year of bartending experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings
- Successful background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in Arizona and California
- Preference given to Native American candidates or those with experience in Native American culture and government
