Paradise Casino is seeking motivated, service-oriented Cocktail Servers to join our team and enhance the guest experience on our gaming floor. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at multitasking, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks to guests on the gaming floor
- Promote and maintain positive guest relations
- Provide professional and efficient service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings
- Must pass a background investigation
- Obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
