Chukchansi Gold is seeking a full-time Bartender for the Noodle Bar. Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for beverage service to Beverage and Food Servers in a designated service area, ensuring prompt and efficient service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Provide beverage service to servers promptly and efficiently.
Assist with receiving and issuing liquor and supplies, maintaining accurate inventories.
Maintain a clean and organized bar station.
Monitor guest needs, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
Comply with all health, sanitation, and beverage regulations, including Alcohol Awareness Certification.
Work collaboratively with Beverage Servers, Barbacks, Supervisors, and other team members.
Maintain consistent attendance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
Basic math skills to handle money and measurements.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks.

Work Environment:

Moderate noise levels, increasing to loud on the casino floor.
Exposure to a smoke-filled environment while on the casino floor.
