**Bartender Position**

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by skillfully preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
**About Us** Situated one mile from Healdsburg town square, The Madrona offers 22 charming guest rooms, suites, and a lively Michelin-starred restaurant set across six buildings. Our 9-acre property features a Chef's garden, orchards, and a vineyard, delivering a unique farm-to-table experience. As part of The Madrona and Mosaic Hotels and Restaurants, you join a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take beverage orders and prepare drinks promptly and courteously
- Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
- Manage stock and supplies efficiently
- Follow established service standards and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
**Requirements:**
- Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service
- Experience with cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potentially intoxicated or underage guests and exercise good judgment
