Pay: $16.90 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a memorable experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and serve alcohol responsibly.
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold The Reef's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.
Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TIPS or similar certification (can be obtained upon hire).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands:

Regular lifting and moving of items up to 30 pounds.
Prolonged standing and walking during 6-8 hour shifts.
Frequent use of hands for repetitive motions.
