Job Description
Title: Part-Time Bartender | Hilton Garden Inn | Merced, CA
What You’ll Do: No banquet is complete without its bar, and our hotel is no exception. As a Bartender, you will bring your friendly personality while taking orders, mixing drinks, and engaging with customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
- Verify guests' identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Set up a portable bar in the function area.
- Break down and thoroughly clean the bar, returning all supplies to their proper places.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Current Food Handler’s Permit.
- Ability to think quickly and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions: You will be on your feet frequently, perform tasks such as lifting, walking, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and working on slippery floors.
