Position: Barback

Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders with setting up and maintaining the bar area
Ensure an ample supply of clean glassware, garnishes, and ingredients
Retrieve and deliver drink orders to guests promptly and courteously
Keep the bar area clean and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning spills
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
Collaborate with bartenders to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods
Follow all safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Embrace opportunities for growth and learning in mixology and bartending

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Willingness to learn and grow in bartending
Previous bar or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: USD $22.14 per hour
