Location: 1750 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610
Availability Requirement: Afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
Time Type: Part-time
Pay Range: $10.70 per hour plus tips. This is a tipped position paid at the New York State minimum for tipped employees ($10.70/hr plus $5.30/hr tip credit when applicable) plus tips.

Job Description: At Amore Italian Restaurant & Lounge, bartenders play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by sharing extensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings. You will assist guests in selecting the perfect drinks to complement their meals and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests feel valued.
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests courteously, attentively, and efficiently.
- Maintain the bar area, place drink orders, and prepare drinks to order.
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- Stay informed about menu changes to expand food and beverage knowledge.
- Build rapport with guests to create a memorable experience and encourage repeat visits.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and related specialty beverages.
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- Experience as a bartender or server in a fast-casual restaurant.
- Alcohol Server certification.
- ServSafe Alcohol certification.
