Job Description
Title: Bartender
We are seeking a professional and energetic Bartender who can expertly craft cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and serve customers and servers in a positive manner. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in modern mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on keeping an attractive bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons.
- Prepare cocktails using proper ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, and garnish drinks with sliced or pitted fruit.
- Complete drink orders using pre-measured shot glasses to ensure correct alcohol levels.
- Assist in developing beverage recipes and creating signature drinks for the bar and lounge.
- Support bar inventory management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior restaurant or bartending experience preferred.
- Familiarity with mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation requirements.
