Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $16.90 plus tips

- Paid sick leave: up to 40 hours (5 days) per year, maximum 80 hours (10 days)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork-oriented
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of beverage service following brand standards, techniques, and expectations
- Use Aloha POS to enter orders and process payments
- Clean and sanitize bar and guest service areas every 30 minutes
- Wash all barware
- Rotate shifts as Bar Back when needed
- Handle cash management responsibly
