Title: Beverage Server / Bartender
Job Location: Ridgecrest, CA 93555 Position Type: Part-Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly Job Shift: Swing
We are seeking an outgoing and service-focused Beverage Server / Bartender who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate provides friendly, prompt beverage service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide attentive beverage service
- Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve beverages promptly with proper presentation
- Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations
- Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Previous serving or beverage service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
