Job Description: Reporting to the Tonga Room Manager, you will:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Assist guests with beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner
Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
Assist bartenders with cocktail mixing and bar operations
Help with pre-batching cocktail recipes and ingredient preparation
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Perform other duties as assigned

Hourly Rate: $27.56 USD Gross per Hour

Qualifications:

Previous barback experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of beverage products
Experience with point of sale systems is an asset
Basic cocktail knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Focused on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing throughout the shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
