Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area during and after every shift.
- Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables and bar tops.
- Restock ice (barback assists on some shifts).
- Sweep and mop floors (barback assists on some shifts).
- Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned (e.g., running food/drinks, restroom checks, inventory).
- Interact professionally with guests.
- Prepare drinks following bar standards, recipes, and techniques.
- Ensure quick service, aiming for 3-minute drink times.
- Produce visually appealing garnishes and fresh fruit displays.
- Commit to cleanliness, organization, and responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to change kegs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze information.
