Title: Spencer's Bartender

Location: Breckenridge, CO 80424 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $12.14 - $16.48 Hourly + Tips Job Shift: Evening Category: Restaurant - Food Service

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent guest service and ensure all needs are met
Learn menus and upsell food, wine, cocktails, including daily specials
Follow recipes to ensure product consistency
Manage liquor inventory and collaborate with Lead Bartender and Spencer's Manager on ordering
Assist in bar area setup
Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the bar facilities
Help create seasonal drink menus with the Lead Bartender

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in full-service, preferably fine or fine-casual dining (preferred)
At least 1 year of serving or other front-of-house restaurant experience (required)
Familiarity with Micros and NCR point-of-sale systems (preferred)
Proficiency in written and spoken English (required)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position may be scheduled at any of our three bar outlets depending on business needs. Both seasonal and year-round, full-time and part-time positions are available. Full-time, year-round employees are eligible for benefits.
