Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Post is seeking passionate bartenders who excel in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality and beverage craft. This role goes beyond mixing spectacular and exciting drinks; bartenders are the storytellers, listeners, and curators of the best bar dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages with expertise and attention to detail.
- Provide southern-style hospitality and maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menus.
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Engage guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Certifications in TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service are required or will be provided through training.
- Cicerone Certification is a plus.
Position Details:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (availability nights and weekends required).
- Hourly wage with tips $25 - $27 per hour, with opportunity to earn more.
