Bartender
The Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef, and a food trailer, growing to operate restaurants nationwide.
We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to create a welcoming environment.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, accurately handling orders and ensuring guests’ needs are met.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Availability for varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.
