As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave satisfied. You will also maintain a clean and organized bar area, monitor inventory levels, and restock supplies as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, adhering to health, safety, and alcohol handling regulations
- Properly date, label, and rotate all beverage items
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven bartending experience
- Compliance with food and beverage regulations
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check to obtain an Airport Security Badge
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of completion of a state-mandated or accredited alcohol service training program
