Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Bartender passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences. The Bartender will prepare high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience at Mama Kim Malaysian Fusion.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences and menu knowledge.
Accurately enter orders into the Toast POS system and ensure timely execution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
Check identification and comply with all responsible alcohol service regulations.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders for smooth service flow.
Process payments accurately and follow cash, credit, and gratuity policies.
Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
Uphold health, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation (training provided).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Basic math skills for transactions and balancing tabs.
Alcohol Server Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) required.
