Title: Lifestyle Bartender
Position Summary: Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks; we aim to create a memorable and unique experience. Our bartenders have the basics down but continuously seek new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs. They are beverage enthusiasts and hosts of the space, taking ownership of guest service beyond the bar. Bartenders use their expertise to ensure the bar functions flawlessly and build relationships throughout the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guests’ needs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. The role requires being on your feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds.
