Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $8.23 per hour + tips

Job Summary: We are hiring full-time and part-time Bartenders for our dine-in food and beverage service. Bartenders are key members of our scratch kitchen restaurant and are expected to provide exceptional customer service by delivering individualized and outstanding guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of beverages.
- Understand the restaurant’s seating layout and coordinate food delivery with the service team.
- Collaborate with hospitality staff to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently according to company standards.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and proper etiquette.
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
