Job Description
Title: Bistro Bartender
Position Summary: The Bistro Bartender is responsible for executing food, beverage, and espresso orders according to recipe and speed of service standards. They must deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, sanitized environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to customer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drinks in a fast and efficient manner.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
