Job Description
Beat The Bomb is the next generation of immersive group entertainment, where customers step into real-life video games using an innovative digital, interactive game system. Our locations offer a combination of interactive game rooms, arcade lounges, a full bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and signature slushies, along with food and event spaces.
The bartender will help create an exceptional experience through great guest service and expertly prepared cocktails. They must be able to execute all drink recipes accurately and follow all food and drink safety guidelines. While primarily focused on bar operations, understanding all parts of Beat The Bomb's operation is important.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all slushie batch recipes, fruit, and juices before shifts
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Set up and break down the bar for service
- Maintain ice wells, cleaning and refilling as necessary
- Prepare beverage orders according to specifications and tickets
- Attend to all guests' beverage and food needs at the bar
Requirements:
- Must be TIPS certified (provide valid card if certified prior to onboarding)
- Pass bar training tests before working shifts
- Friendly, outgoing, and inclusive personality
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
- Physically able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Available to work weekends
- Team player, willing to assist wherever needed
