Job Description
Title: PM Bartender - Roof Top Bar
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and promptly address all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages.
- Present menus and inform guests of current specials and promotions.
- Verify age requirements for alcohol purchases as required by law.
- Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate restaurant and bar equipment including cash register, point of sale system, and telephone.
- Maintain updated knowledge of menu options, preparation methods, techniques, and ingredients.
- Clean glassware using three-compartment sinks or dish tanks.
- Maintain hand soap and hand towels at hand wash stations.
- Process payment transactions following established procedures.
- Identify when a customer has reached their alcohol consumption limit.
- Stock and maintain beer, wine, and liquor inventories to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in upholding safety policies and procedures for guests and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the department.
- Support team members and other departments to contribute to operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

- Must meet minimum age requirement as defined by state law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
