We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and bring the Margaritaville spirit to life. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, manage inventory and ordering, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional beverage quality and guest service across all outlets. This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
