Title: Bartender Mixologist
As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and flair for mixology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious cocktails that delight guests.
- Mix and serve drinks while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
- Opportunities for career advancement to roles such as bar manager, sommelier, or food and beverage manager.
Education & Experience:
- Combination of education and experience required.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
- Additional consideration for candidates with bartender certification.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to read product labels and communicate effectively with guests.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
