Responsibilities:

Greet players with energy and create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with guests and recommending drinks.
Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe bar environment.
Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance the player experience.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver top-notch service ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience working behind a bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
Must be at least the legal serving age and hold any necessary certifications for responsible beverage service.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Ability to thrive in a busy environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and engaging in active tasks throughout the shift.
