Title: Bartender
This position plays a major role in a guest's dinner and bar experience. Consistency is key to providing a positive experience, achieved by always following recipes. A bartender must be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. Organization and the ability to think and act quickly while maintaining composure are essential.

Responsibilities:
Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position works behind the bar and may be in close proximity to coworkers. Noise levels can be loud, and hazards may include cuts, slipping, and tripping. Physical demands include standing and walking for the entire shift, reaching, bending, lifting up to 35 lbs, carrying, stooping, wiping, frequent hand washing, and good vision and hearing. For outdoor bars, work may occur in temperatures above 90 degrees.
This is a non-exempt hourly position. Days and hours vary by location and may include long hours and frequent weekend work. No travel is required.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience working as a bartender in a restaurant setting. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid state health or alcohol compliance card.
