Title: Banquet Bartender

Overview: We are seeking a talented mixologist with a passion for creating exceptional beverages and providing excellent service. As a Banquet Bartender, you will serve a wide variety of drinks at banquets and special events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. You will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by showcasing your cocktail knowledge and bartending skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets and events
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring supplies and equipment are stocked
Interact with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations
Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety
Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient service
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
Assist in bar setup and breakdown, including stocking supplies

Qualifications:

Preferably one year of bartending experience
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
Knowledge of drink recipes and merchandising specials
Familiarity with bar terminology and drink service
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Effective communication skills with guests and team members
