Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Successful candidates will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present the bar menu
- Check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar environment
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
- Provide excellent guest service and nurture a positive experience
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Relevant training certificate
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
