Title: Bartender
Description: Work in paradise by joining the reopening team of Little Palm Island Resort and Spa, a luxury private island resort featuring a bar lounge and fine dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and learn about their preferences
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with professionalism and style
- Recommend menu items and answer guest questions
- Upsell beverages and other items
- Utilize proper equipment and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail trends and refined service levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, energetic personality with a friendly and personable demeanor
- Ability to work various shifts including AM, PM, and weekends
- Efficient, observant, and detail-oriented
- Positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
