Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and handling standards.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy hours.
Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling premium beverages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
