Title: Bartender

Location: Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you will craft and serve cocktails, take food and beverage orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Position: PRN Bartender Hours: 3 PM to 9 PM Schedule: Weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests
Gain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food
Take and process food and beverage orders and payments
Replenish and prepare supplies as needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and meet the state’s legal age requirement for serving alcohol
Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening (including fingerprinting) is required prior to employment
Prior experience as a bartender, bar back, or cocktail waitress is preferred
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred (must be completed within 90 days of employment unless otherwise required by state law)
Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
