Job Title: F&B Staff Tipped - Bartender

Job Summary: The Bartender serves as the face of the restaurant, influencing patrons’ experience by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while providing timely assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:

Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or higher.
Inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies.
Follow setup and closing procedures.
Prepare garnishes, mix and serve drinks according to approved recipes.
Maintain and clean the bar area and equipment.
Keep accurate records of liquors, beers, wines, and sundries to maintain par stock.
Track daily inventory and monitor popular drink orders.
Attend staff meetings as required.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old per Florida law.
Prior server experience is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
High standards of integrity and reliability.
Occasional travel may be required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
Work takes place in a restaurant environment that can be noisy.
Potential exposure to hazards such as cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns.
Frequent hand washing is necessary.
