Title: Bartender - Starting Wage: $14.00/Hour - Part Time/Weekends/Benefits

Summary: Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Regular and consistent attendance
Handling emergency situations when necessary
General cleaning duties
Compliance with company dress code

Box Office Responsibilities:

Operating the POS system and managing cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, discounts, and coupons accurately
Up-selling premium viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX)
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policies
Responding professionally to guest inquiries via phone or in person

Concession Responsibilities:

Operating the POS system, handling cash and cards accurately, and managing concession stock inventory
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
Up-selling products
Complying with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
Adhering to laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Maintaining current alcohol certification and training when applicable
Selling/serving alcohol only if legally permitted and trained
Understanding training materials including those covering sexual harassment and discrimination

Usher Responsibilities:

Tearing tickets, collecting stubs, and directing patrons
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
Enforcing MPAA rating system
Conducting theatre inspections to monitor picture, sound, and safety
Reporting problems or unusual situations to management
Assisting with in-auditorium concession sales as directed
Cleaning auditoriums after shows and maintaining other common areas
Monitoring vending equipment cleanliness and operation
Assisting with theatre opening and closing duties

Pay Scale Information: $14.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Completion or progress toward cast certification program and box office cashier training
Completion of required alcohol service training and certification if applicable
Good public speaking, listening, and clear communication skills
Ability to perform math calculations accurately and quickly
Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
