Position: Duffy’s Bartender

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent service to create a memorable experience for bar guests.

Major Responsibilities:

Review and promote the MVP program with guests.
Accurately input guest orders into the POS system.
Present menus, answer questions, upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase check average.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and specifications.
Serve liquor, wine, bottled and draft beer to bar and dining room guests.
Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, work areas, and tables.
Verify guests' identification to ensure legal alcohol purchase age.
Maintain bar and storage area cleanliness and organization.
Assist in limiting issues related to excessive drinking by informing management when necessary.
Cut fresh fruit for drink garnishes and arrange attractive bottle and glass displays.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

Perform physical activities including bending, stretching, lifting up to 40 lbs.
Multitask and shift attention between tasks.
Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
