Title: Hotel Bartender
Location: Hyatt Place Titusville - Titusville, FL 32780 Position Type: Part Time Salary: $15.00 Hourly Category: Hospitality - Hotel

Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages for guests and servers promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar; ensure supplies are ready for upcoming shifts.
- Greet guests pleasantly, promote house drinks, and use upselling skills to maximize revenue.
- Follow standard operating procedures for drink preparation to control costs and ensure consistency.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to assess when service should stop.
- Check identification for guests when age is in question.
- Inventory and return banquet bar beverages.
- Secure and clean the bar at the end of the shift.
- Promote marketing events to guests.
- Accept and process guest payments, including credit cards.
- Serve food orders to guests at the bar.
- Report equipment or maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
- Specialized knowledge of bartending, mixology, and state/local ABC regulations.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
