Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
- Work alongside bartenders and other team members to deliver exceptional player experiences.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
- Uphold Topgolf's core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Requirements:
- Must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary certifications where required.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and moving on your feet for most of the shift.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stay calm and thrive in a busy environment.
- Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.
